Comments I dove 5 days (10 tanks) with Aldora Divers. I choose Aldora, having been with them many times before. Both my daughters were certified with Aldora (one was 10, one aged 12). It was a fantastic trip. I dove almost all of the dives with Almendra, a wonderful addition to the Aldora staff. I was very open that I wanted long shallow dives to see the reef and practice taking pictures. That's exactly what I got. Most of the dives were with only 4, occasionally 5 divers on the boat. It was the most relaxed diving, with lots of freedom to explore and stop and take pictures. Our input and desires were taken into consideration on every dive in regards to current and fishlife. Almendra was happy to share her photo skills with me. She was very protective of the fish and sea life, and we hit it off immediately, sharing our love and excitement of what we saw.

The steel tanks are a delightful change from the Philippines, allowing for much less weight (I dove with 2-4 lbs), and longer dive times (90 min most dives).

I can't wait to go back.

UW Photo Comments From my hotel, the boat ride to the reefs was only 5-10 minutes. No rinse tank was needed. Some of my pictures are on Aldora's facebook page.
