Comments This is a bit redundant since we stayed at Villa Aldora and dove with Aldora Divers in September (and reported it). However, the owners offer of free lodging in October (Scubaboard) made our decision. Our son and daughter-in-law came down as well and we stayed in the Aldora Suite, which was great (2 large bdrms, walk in showers, full kitchen, large living area, wifi, and great views of the ocean). Our daughter-in-law gets pretty sea-sick, and Aldora was kind enough to arrange to pick us up close to the dive sites to minimize her problems. I can't say enough about Memo and his staff (the DMs are great), and Steve at Aldora Villa. What a great week. We saw lots of turtles and several nurse sharks, plus the usual variety of fish and small critters (often being pointed out by the DMs). Most of our dives (4 days) were with 4 or fewer divers on board. A tropical storm developed (went south), which affected the visability somewhat in the sites to the South, but in general visibility was excellent. We did encounter some pretty strong currents. As usual, dining at Kinta, La Veranda, Cassa Mission, and - our traditional favorite - El Moro was great. Can't recommend Aldora Divers and Aldora Villa enough.
