UW Photo Comments |
This is our 3rd time diving with this op, and still love it. The crew is very professional and safety conscience plus they do not rush your dives, the slower the better. We did not see turtles on every dive like last year, a little disappointing. Only 4 turtles seen in 11 dives. We did see however 18 lion fish on ONE dive--not good. We love this dive op as they believe in long bottom times and do not rush over the landscape like it is a race. They take their time, and point out things if you like. All are drift dives, with the currents being almost nil to moderate. The boat returns to the marina for your SIT time, so those with cameras can rinse them off with fresh water, and the dive sites are only about 3-10 minutes away. We brought all our own equipment, but the stuff there looks in good shape. They though do not have a lot of different size wet suits, and you may be out of luck. We also did a cenote dive, and again, very conscience of the environment of the cavern and of ourselves. The crew is a real pleasure to be with, and you can see that they really enjoy diving, not just a job to get through. We recommend them in a heartbeat. |
