Comments	Raul Platas of Bottom Time Divers (www.bottomtimedivers.net) has been the divemaster of choice for our annual Cozumel trip for over ten years, and he never fails to delight us with great dives and superb service. His small, fast boat (6 divers) and willingness to adapt to divers' preferences make the dives enjoyable and the travel time short. This year, though, we presented him with a special problem. My wife recently had a medical device surgically implanted, and the manufacturer of the device would only certify it to a depth of 1 ATM of pressure -- 33 feet! Raul took it in stride, and for every dive during our 2-week visit he found sites at which my wife and I could enjoy the shallower part of the reef while the rest of the divers explored the deeper areas. We had the brilliant colors and long underwater times of shallow dives while the other divers reported great deeper dives. On some days our newly-certified teenage grandchildren joined us, and Raul ensured that they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This sort of accommodation of personal needs or requests is at least part of the reason Raul's boat is nearly always filled with repeat customers.
