Cozumel continues to be a great dive value. Dive paradise boats left the dock around 8:30 AM and, for the most part, were not too crowded. Tanks were fill to 3000 - 3200 psi. You could dive your own profile but were instructed to begin ascent at 700 psi (not enforced that I saw). Between dives, divemasters offeres soft drinks, fruit and other snacks. Pretty much the same fish as other Carribean dive venues only bigger. Groupers were huge! Saw several Splended Toadfish as well as a Sea Horse and Eagle Ray. Walked to the dock on my last day in Cozumel to see some new friends off on their dive and noticed a "new" group of divers boarding both the large boat and one of the "fast" boats. Most carried their gear in their large travel bags - no mesh bags in sight. Probably new divers. Hotel was very nice and the food (buffet style) was good. Can't wait to go back |

5 gallon bucket of (maybe) fresh water on dive boat. Used by divers to rinse masks and other equipment. |
