Comments This is our favorite easy dive trip. This Sept 2014 trip is our 8th to Iberostar and diving with Dressel. Going in September has a lot of advantages since it is the off season and the hotel rate is lower and it is not crowded. However, we have never experienced a crowd on any Dressel dive. Dressel knows us but they are excellent at what they do - they always pair divers with like experience and pretty much let us dive our own profile within the limitations that drift diving creates and having a boat ready to pick us up in 60 minutes. AND Nitrox is free. There are four dives per day with night dives a couple times a week. Also - if you pay for your dives in advance, there is a 20% discount! Dressel is Iberostar's signature dive operation so of course they are on site. Diving in Cozumel in Sept has always been great visibility with easy currents. This trip we actually had to kick! The Iberostar is reliably comfortable with good food. Being the off season, they only had the pool area restaurant open but that was just fine with us - it was more convenient. Also my sister and brother in law that only snorkel went on this trip and had a great time snorkeling with Dressel - they even got to go on a boat with us and saw us diving below. We had great fun.

UW Photo Comments Dressel provides a fresh water bucket for cameras on the boat and a fresh rinse tank on shore - of course there are always the unexperienced that use the camera tank on the boat to wash their masks - what can you do but educate them??
