Comments Good: highly professional operation, safety conscious and service oriented. We dove four different cenotes over two days. Three of us and one dive guide whom we met at the dive center; from there he drove us to the dive sites. I was recovering from a damaged Achilles tendon and he was very helpful with the approach to the cenotes (which can involve slippery wooden ladders, tramps of a couple of hundred meters through the jungle in full gear, etc) without making an undue fuss. The dive center itself is pretty basic, just a simple building storing gear, but everything is clean and well -maintained if you need to rent.
Bad: Nothing really. It's a bit hard to find the dive center. Had to help the taxi driver using the nav on my phone. It would be better if them came and picked you up at the hotel. But not a big deal.
