Comments A late September trip found Cozumel very quiet. Even though we have been to Cozumel more than 20 times, this was our first stay at Casa Mexicana, and we were very pleased. The location was perfect for walks downtown San Miguel for lunches and dinner. Casa Mexicana provides a breakfast buffet that was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with free high speed internet access. While the weather included brief rain showers each day, the diving was excellent. Jeremey, Living Underwater's owner, met with us at our hotel to discuss our diving preferences. While Living Underwater usually requires 4 divers to take a boat out, Jeremey did not hesitate to take my wife and I out. In 4 days of diving, we covered both ends of the island, from Isolate to Barricuda. Jeremey was very adept at finding tiny critters like sailfin blennies and ghost pipehorse fish. One dive was capped by a visit from 3 small blacktip sharks. The diving was excellent, and the service superb.
