Comments Went over Christmas with wife and 3 kids (21-20-17) wife does not dive and the kids have been certified since they were 12.
Stayed at sunscape sabor so very close to all the reefs. Hotel and grounds were very nice price was pretty good especially since over Christmas. Only complaint on the resort is walls were pretty thin between rooms and overhead a wide yelling at husband. Was entertaining anyway.
Sunscape uses beaches resort pier which happened to be knocked down due to hurricane so Salty endeavors picked us up at the neighboring resorts beach. Just had to wade in and hop on. I reserved a six pack boat for just the kids and I, it worked out perfect, we had our pick of where we wanted to go and our dive guide and boat captain were great. Since sabor doesn’t have dive lockers we had salty endeavors keep our gear for the week and was always rinsed and ready to go when we got on board.

Overall I highly recommend salty endeavors for small groups, we were on a 6 pack and I think they also have 8. Easy to deal with via email to reserve, nice boats and the dive guide and captain we had were great.
The resort Sunscape Sabor I would recommend, not perfect but it’s Cozumel and that’s hard to find in coz, food was descent and drink were good, service and attitude were good. Nice little beach the wife hung out on while we dove.
