Comments Tres Pelicanos is a relatively new operation that we have been diving with for three years. Excellent operation from all standpoints. There is prompt response to inquiries regarding diving as well as hotel availability if desired. The boat is comfortable for ten divers. The dive master Jorge Cabrera is highly experienced as is the boat captain Francisco. The entire team from top to bottom is first class.

They have acquired a new boat recently and it mirrors the current boat in large part. The boats are fast and comfortable. The dive shop cleans your gear daily and returns it set up on the boat the following day. You dive your computer and do not have to cut a dive short if others might have greater air consumption.

We recently spent a month in Cozumel diving exclusively with these folks as well as the month of November last year. We intend to repeat again this November for another month. We cannot seem to get enough of the island and all it has to offer, diving of course, great food at many fine restaurants, and terrific local people.

We stayed at the Casa Mexicana Hotel for ten days which is located downtown and provides a wonderful breakfast daily. We were in walking distance of many restaurants for this time period. This hotel is a good choice if you want to experience downtown Cozumel.

The next twenty days we spent at the Park Royal all inclusive. Food was great and the service was terrific. We will repeat these arrangements this fall. It is a bit of a walk to town from the Park Royal but certainly doable and good exercise.

UW Photo Comments A slightly larger rinse tank for photo equipment would be helpful as well as guidelines for using the rinse tank on the boat.Leaving one's equipment in the tank for the duration limits others access to the tank.
