Comments Captain Bruce's has a very nice 42 foot jet boat, and being on the leeward side of Oahu they were able to take us out when the operators out of Honolulu were not going, or were in conditions with much reduced visibility. We had pretty smooth seas, and good visibility on 3 of 4 dives. Spent plenty of time between dives to watch whales and dolphins. We dove two wrecks - plenty of frogfish, schools of eagle rays, and several species of Morays. Turtles were everywhere.

Nicest part of the diving is that they divided divers into more experienced and less experienced. Those of us who didn't need a lot of babysitting weren't held back by the less experienced divers. Captains Suzette and Christy are very aware of the environment, and were respectful of giving space to the whales that we watched. Overall, this was a much better experience than I expected when I decided to grab a couple days of diving around a business trip! (complementary van service from Honolulu hotels was provided)
