Comments This outfit did not have great reviews, but they claimed to have very consistent and extensive sightings of mantas so we chose them. Took a pm two tank dive out of Kihei harbor. It is tricky finding parking for the amount of time needed diving so allow plenty of time. Equipment (we rented) was new and staff were extremely friendly. Boat goes to close offshore sites a bit north of Kihei toward Kaanapali. We were concerned about wind given location and time of day, but perhaps since we were close to shore it was not a factor. First site was not great for coral but plenty of fish life including some rare endemics. Second dive, the "manta" dive, was a long distance swim practice over barren sandy bottom doing numerous sweeps in search of mantas. "Oh, perhaps some scooters were here earlier and scared them off." Complete waste of time. Didn't stop crew from openly cadging for tips despite high prices already charged for trips (come on, dive shop owners, pay your staff!)
