Comments Before going to Maui, I was checking out all Undercurrent's review about Maui dive operators and picked Mike Severns diving before going for the trip. Mike Severse Diving is a very professional, very good dive operation, and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is going to Maui, and is interested in diving there. Very professional staff, very well prepared boat, only pluses.
The thing is, that there is really not much to see on Maui, even after extensive diving around overcrowded Molokini Atoll, and after diving St. Anthony's wreck with green Hawaiian turtles, and beaches around the Little Beach. Marine life is not aboundant and if it wasn't for the turtels and a few interesting critters, there would be not much to see.
Maui tends to be quite expensive, and for the money you spend there, you may choose many other much more exciting dive destination, than this. Most of these reviews of Maui were written by the people who haven't seen better diving.
