Comments We go to Hawaii every year and generally do most of our diving with Sea Paradise. We believe the diving is better south of Kona than north and they are the only operation south of Kona. Max on boat is 6 divers and although boat is small, it is comfortable and clean. Snacks and drinks are provided after each dive. Generally divers did a giant stride off stern or back roll. Current crew has been there for a couple of years. Captain is OK, could volunteer more help but does help when asked. Gave brief safety briefing each trip. Dive master is conscious of the divers and watches out for them. Would like if if she pointed more things out under water but I guess she is watching the divers. We did not have to come up when the first diver ran out of air so we could do our dive our own profile to some degree. We did 22 dives with them over a 4 week period plus 6 shore dives on our own. This time of year, there is more issue with water conditions and swells. They are very conscious of this and pick the dive sites accordingly. If it is too bad, they don't go out but that only happened the first few days we were there.
