Check in was easy and my bags were already at my cabin when I got there. Assigned a storage locker and dive boat for the week. Just write your locker number on the chalk board to sign up for dives. If there weren't enough people for the afternoon dive they would send you over to another boat. Dove 19 times (16 boat day dives, 2 night boat dives and 1 night shore dive). Dove a couple of the sites more than once ( probably to keep within the boat schedule). Most sites were close by. The longest boat ride was around ten minutes. Unless it's Monday when all the boats go to the Maya key on the other side of the island. Corals and sponges were plenty but not as many smaller fish. Saw green moray eels, octopus, groupers, spotted eagle rays. Lion fish were spotted daily. Room was kept clean. Get a cabin on the island with air conditioning. Meals and desserts were good. Lion fish was served one dinner. Leave money in room safe as everything (bars/snack/photo/gift/nitrox) is charged to your room. |

UW Photo Comments | Large water bin on each boat for photographers. There was a AKR videographer onboard twice during the week to shoot videos of the group. Afterwards you just go to the photo shop to view and buy a copy if you like it. Batteries and memory cards available there too. |
