Comments I was onboard the Roatan Aggressor from 28 Aug to 4 Sep. The boat was comfortable (except mattresses), the food was good, the diving was very good and above. The reason I say that is due to the season and water temp (>80 deg), I was somewhat disappointed by lesser tropical fish in water about say 65 fsw. Not bad just lesser in numbers.

The boat spent most of the voyage on the south side of Roatan because of high winds from the north. Amazingly the dive conditions was still good to go. Boat moved with no difficulty from site to site.

There was a profusion of azure vase sponges. Many corals from small to very large. Nice small and medium walls. I saw 6 queen angels which I did NOT get to photo, and ... then ... on the last dive, I was able to capture many shots.

The max number of dives was 27, but due to my age I only got in 14.

The crew was great! The dive deck was very well set up. The stairs up to the tank deck are Too Steep and shallow. Nitrox was filled at your dive station. Consistent good fills. All the seats and lockers were provided. There was an excellent photo table.

UW Photo Comments Mike Mesgleski of the Jim Church School gave an excellent photo course from beginner to advanced. He was extraordinarily helpful to all the photogs. While not all on the dives (there were good guides in the boat crew), he was always helpful and very informative.
