Comments	I went to Coiba on a liveaboard 15 years ago, so I was leery that the diving had degenerated--It had not! Scuba Coiba is an excellent dive operation. The owner Herbie is fair and helpful, and he'll get you local hotel reservations. The Dive Master Cedric is outstanding. I have been diving with hundreds of DMs, and he is among the best. He knows the dive sites, is extremely safety conscious, gives great dive breafings,and is very personable--he loves his job. Dove with him three days in a row off Coiba, and we saw numerous whitetip sharks (10 one one dive), turtles, seahorses, dozens of eels, numerous schools of fish, even a small Manta ray. Great outfit! Highly recommended, and I certainly would be a repeat customer.
